About iCare Home Care Services
Compassion. Dignity. Care That Feels Like Family.
At iCare Home Care Services, we believe that everyone - no matter their age, ability, or circumstance - deserves to feel safe, valued, and supported in their own home. We help seniors and individuals with disabilities live independently with confidence, companionship, and dignity. With roots in West Michigan and a mission built on kindness, iCare was founded with one purpose: to provide care that truly cares.

We know what it’s like to worry about someone you love. To wonder if they’re safe at home. To need help, but not know who to trust.

That’s why iCare exists - to give families peace of mind, and to help people remain in the place they love most: home.

How iCare Began
iCare was founded by Peggy Rogalski who has always been called to serve others - a caregiver at heart long before this became a business. She saw firsthand how many families were overwhelmed by caregiving demands, torn between work, parenting, and supporting an aging parent or a family member living with a disability.
Instead of accepting “good enough” care, she built something better.
Something personal. Something compassionate. Something designed around real human needs - not a checklist.
Today, that same heart-led mission drives every caregiver we bring on and every client we serve.
What Makes Us Different
There are many home care agencies out there - but families choose iCare because we don’t just send caregivers. We send people who care deeply.
Here’s what makes us stand out:
We Lead With Compassion
Kindness isn’t extra - it’s the foundation of everything we do.
We’re Local, Not Corporate
We live here. We serve here. We care about West Michigan because it’s home - just like it is for our clients.
We Personalize Every Care Plan
No one receives “standard care.” We learn who you are, what matters to you, and how we can support you best.
We Believe in Independence
Our goal is to support independence, not take it away. We help clients stay active, engaged, and involved in daily life.
We Build Relationships
Care is not just a service - it’s a connection.
Our Care Philosophy
We don’t just show up and complete tasks.
We show up with heart.
Our philosophy is guided by five core values:
Dignity
Every person deserves to be treated with respect — always.
Empathy
We care enough to understand, listen, and adapt.
Reliability
Families count on us. We take that trust seriously.
Encouragement
We promote confidence, independence, and daily engagement.
Compassion
Real care requires real humanity.

Meet Peggy Rogalski - Owner, Caseworker, Caregiver

Peggy has 30 years of experience in adult home care, serving clients with compassion and honoring their right to independent living at home.

Her passion for people lead her to pursue nursing, where she instantly fell in love with serving and caring for others. She loves the deep relationships forged in the one-on-one care setting and finds the work meaningful and rewarding.
Yet, there was a problem Peggy couldn't ignore. She wasn't comfortable with how many agencies were ran. Client care was taking a backseat to filling positions with a body, regardless of their experience.

She started iCare Home Care Services to raise the standard and make a bigger impact in the lives of seniors and others in West Michigan who need home care services. To accomplish this:
-
She uses a unique process when hiring caregivers and pairing them with iCare clients, to ensure compatibility and competency.
-
She believes in paying top wages and creating a supportive culture among caregivers so they're free to focus on what is most import: Providing excellent care.
-
She works in the field, having hands on involvement in every case.
